If Elektrotwist's sounds were visualized, they'd be perfectly black & white. They use samples, but cool jazz-snare meets rock 'n roll bass meets twist-claps meets burlesque bump 'n grind meets surf guitar. It's hypothetical electro-trash circa 1959, pretending that rock 'n rollers had laptops already. The pungent smell of sex & crime are everywhere, and it's like you're in a shady bar, with avant garde art on the walls, twisting dancers, a poker game in the corner, gangsters, spies & more...it's an ambitious record with a lethal sense of humor.
