Chicago blues harp legend Billy Boy Arnold played a large role in the birth of the Chicago Blues sound of the 1950s. During the '60s and '70s, his music was covered by British blues superstars Eric Clapton, David Bowie, The Yardbirds and the Animals. In 1992, West Coast harp ace Mark Hummel invited Billy Boy into a San Francisco studio and produced the 14 tracks on this CD. Backed by the super tight band the Blues Survivors and guitar master Rusty Zinn, Billy Boy Arnold plays the blues with grace and style.
