Straight from the Oakland school of funk-inspired rhymes, Dynasty has been representing for East Oakland for more than a decade. Known to his family and friends as Kariem Stewart, Black Dynasty released his first work as a cassette EP titled "8-Ball In The Corner Pocket" in 1990. Though he received regional success it wasn't until 1993 that he had a chance to get into the studio and record a full-length LP called "Asphalt Jungle". Powered by the momentum of that success Black Dynasty went on to record "Deep East Oakland" with fellow Bay Area big dawgs Dru Down and Dangerous Dame. Due to it's success "Deep East Oakland" will be re-released again for the second time as a Special Edition so don't miss the opportunity to get this classic re-mastered LP.
