This is the original soundtrack recording for the 1972 Italian/French spy thriller "Il Serpente" directed by Henri Verneuil. The movie, known in the US as "Night Flight From Moscow," stars Yul Brynner, Henry Fonda, Dirk Bogarde & Philippe Noiret. Along with the best known track "Tema Per Una Donna Sola" (a very nice romantic theme), "Nadine" (a brilliant pop instrumental), and "Canzone Lontana" (feat. Edda Dell'Orso), the score contains lots of weird & scary instrumental sounds for a dark & noisy, totally atonal masterpiece. Contains 16 previously unreleased tracks. (Previously deleted: 12/1/04.
