Erich Kunzel conducts the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra along with Frankie Laine on vocals in performing favorite western themes from movies and TV shows. Frankie Laine sings themes from "High Noon" & "Gunfight At The OK Corral". Laine also recreates the unforgettable "Rawhide" theme. The collection also contains other well-known movie themes such as "Magnificent Seven", "How the West Was Won" and "Big Country". Recorded in Music Hall, Cincinnati on September 15 & 16, 1986.
