The Damned released Music for Pleasure in 1977, just a few months after their debut Damned Damned Damned (DPR5). It was the last studio release to include guitarist Brian James. Produced by Nick Mason of Pink Floyd, the album has a slightly psychedelic sound at times, particularly in the album’s closer, “You Know.”
