Inner Spirit presents the Kim Richmond/Clay Jenkins Ensemble performing original compositions from the leaders. This seven-piece jazz ensemble, with Kim on alto saxophone and Clay on trumpet, plays with genre-stretching fire and yet displays some lyrical, gentle moments as well. With Joey Sellers on trombone, Joe LaBarbera on drums, Reggie Thomas on piano, Trey Henry on bass, and the newly-added Will Brahm on guitar, there are some amazing solos and ensemble playing.
