This is the 13th release by the internationally acclaimed, gypsy jazz group, Pearl Django. As with recent releases, this CD features the composition skills of the group. All 13 tracks were penned by band members. We stretch the boundaries of the genre a bit, but there is plenty of reference to the 'hot club' sound. Founding member, Neil Andersson, absent from the 2 previous CDs, is prominently featured, as is our newest member, guitarist, Tim Lerch. Long time fans may even hear a bit of Dudley Hill in Tim’s playing. This could be our best effort to date.
