This CD features The Glenn Miller Orchestra led by Glenn’s Saxophonist and vocalist Tex Beneke. It features two “Jubilee” radio programs specially made for the Armed Forces Radio Service. The shows are numbered SFRS273 and AFRS275 respectively. The featured vocalists are Jane Harvey, Garry Stevens and the Moonlight Serenaders, and the shows were recorded at McCormack General Hospital, Pasadena, California, with announcer: Alex Cooper and MC: Bud Widom.
