(3-CD box set) Françoise Dolto (1908–1988) was a famous “doctor of child-rearing” known for her special insight into childhood, her sense of humor, and her unique talent for explaining psychoanalytic theory in simple terms. Dolto’s work significantly helped to change the status of children in modern society. She also had a talent for presenting her ideas in front of an audience, and her radio shows are remarquable for this and are also historicaly extraordinary - it was the first time ever that an expert in the psychoanalysis was presented to the public on national radio. This set, in French, features a thematic selection of these shows during their first year (1976-1977). Subjects include: Sexuality / Eating / Sleeping / Talking / Separation. |
